Greg Smith’s educational achievements began on the doorstep of his Kindergarten class where he socked his teacher in the stomach.

Today, he is the President and “Lead Navigator” of a management consulting company, Chart Your Course International Inc., located in Raleigh-Durham, NC.  His 30 years of leadership and consulting experience have helped propel him as one of the nation’s leading authorities on talent management, employee retention, leadership, change management and customer service.

He has traveled to and spoken in over 23 countries and developed training programs for some of the “Top 100 Best Places to Work.” Greg shows executives and business owners how to become better leaders and transform their organizations into great places to work. He focuses on helping businesses hire the right people, retain them as long as possible and accelerate their performance so they are as productive as possible.  He has guided hundreds of organizations with measurable improvements in reduced employee turnover, increased sales and better customer service.
