Leadership Speaker Focuses on Workforce Trends of the Future

Smith is a keynote speaker and the founder and president of Chart Your Course International Inc., a professional development training organizational focusing on important workforce trends such as employee retention, employee involvement, customer service, Generation X and Y and other management development topics. Smith has guided hundreds of businesses with measurable improvements in reduced employee turnover, increased sales, and better customer service leading to long-term prosperity.
